Change

Wow, has fall come quickly here in Edmonton! The leaves are changing and it is getting cold. The only thing good about it getting cold is that it means more scrapbooking/crafting time for me. Eric is off to Gr.4 and so many things to do!

Another beautiful day in Fairmont!

Today was another beautiful day-got to sleep in, then go mini-golfing where I got not one but TWO holes in One! Then off to the Natural Hot Springs, where we enjoyed the warmth of the pool and the beauty of the mountains around us.
Tomorrow we're off to Cranbrook and to a scrapbook store! Yeah, I'm having withdrawals!

Holiday Time!

Wow! How fantastic it feels to be in beautiful Fairmont Hot Springs, BC CANADA! The weather is beautiful, and to be in the mountains in fabulous. I so needed this holiday! It's been 2 years since our last holiday and truly this is soooo overdue! So this week is relaxing, taking in some sun in the mountains, and a little pool time. Next week is getting the house "reorganized" and some scrapbooking!

What a week!

I've had a bit of a tough week-headaches through the week and not so fun week at work. But I'm feeling cheerier today as I got some shelving at Michaels for a new shelving/desk unit in my scraproom! I'm so excited to be able to better organize my space and stuff. Can't wait to see how my Cricut Expressions that I got for Christmas fits on the new desk!

I also applied to the Sharing Memories Scrapbooking design team. Wish me luck! I really hope I can get on this design team as it is Canadian based, and I am so proud to be Canadian! This design team is exactly what I was looking for.

Happy New Year to All!

Well. I cannot believe it is 2010! We had a wonderful New Year's Eve! My Sister in Law Bev got remarried to the love of her life George! it was a beautiful ceremony and reception. It was pretty fun to be with all of John's family for New Year's Eve celebrating a new beginning.

Now I've started my 2010 scrapbooking, and hope that I can do alot of it this year! I'm going to a crop at Urban Scrapbook on Friday and let the cropping begin!
